Terms & Conditions for the 8-Week Deepening Program

Course Format & Private Lessons
I understand that I am enrolling in an 8-week live online group singing program, which includes two private lessons to support my individual journey.


Private lessons must be scheduled and completed by June 7, 2025. After this date, any unused private lessons will be forfeited.
I may reschedule my private lesson with at least 24 hours' notice using the rescheduling link in my Calendly confirmation email.
If an emergency arises requiring a last-minute change, I will notify Shannon via text at 646-932-6062 (also available on WhatsApp, WeChat, and Telegram for international students).

Refund & Attendance Policy
This work is an unfolding process, and I understand that the course requires both my presence and my willingness to engage.


If I find that this program is not the right fit for me, I may request a pro-rated refund (minus a $35 cancellation fee) within the first group session.
After attending the second group session, no refunds will be given, as the group element cannot be replicated in a one-on-one format.
Missed group sessions cannot be rescheduled, but I will have access to all class recordings through September 1, 2025 to support my continued learning.

The Nature of This Work: Growth Through Perception, Not Force
I understand that this is not a conventional voice training program focused on external results, but rather a process of uncovering my voice through deeper perception, patience, and embodied awareness.

Growth unfolds in its own timing, and there are no guarantees of linear progress—this is a process of discovery, not mastery.
My ability to perceive and integrate these practices depends on my own willingness to engage with presence, curiosity, and patience rather than striving for immediate results.
I will be met with the same patience and presence by my teacher and am encouraged to approach my learning with gentleness and trust in the process.
