Terms & Conditions for for the Mini Pop-Up Practice Retreat (November 2025)

Program Format & Private Lesson Add-On

• I understand that I am enrolling in a two-day online retreat with Shannon Boyce through A Supple Voice Singing School, consisting of four live group sessions (two 75-minute sessions with a 30-minute break on each day).
  
•  All sessions will take place on Zoom, and recordings will be provided for registered participants. 
  
•  If I choose to add an optional private lesson, I will have until May 30, 2026 to schedule and complete my lesson. Shannon will contact me after registration with instructions for scheduling. It is my responsibility to book my private lesson before May 30, 2026. If I have not scheduled by April 1, 2026, I will receive one reminder email. After May 30, 2026, any unused private lesson will be forfeited.
  

Refund & Attendance Policy

• I understand that this retreat is a live, interactive learning experience that depends on my presence and participation.
• Because of the nature of this work and the limited group size, all registrations are final and non-refundable once payment has been completed.
• If I am unable to attend the live sessions, I will still receive access to the recordings of the retreat until May 30, 2026.
• No make-up sessions or credits will be offered.
  
  The Nature of This Work: Gentle Awareness and Inner Growth
• I understand that this retreat is not conventional voice training focused on results or performance, but a practice of self-discovery through sound, breath, and conscious awareness. 
• Progress may not appear linear and depends on my willingness to engage with presence, curiosity, and patience rather than striving for perfection.
• Shannon will meet me with the same patience and presence, supporting a safe, nurturing space for exploration, renewal, and inner stillness.
• I am encouraged to approach this work gently, allowing what unfolds to arise naturally through listening and awareness.
