Terms & Conditions for the Summer Intensvie Program

Course Format & Private Lessons.

I understand that I am enrolling in an 8-session live online group singing immersion, which includes one private lesson to support my individual process.

-Private lessons must be scheduled and completed by September 30, 2026. After this date, any unused private lessons will be forfeited.

-Private lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice by logging into my account on the A Supple Voice website or by emailing Shannon@asupplevoice.com.

-If an emergency arises requiring a last-minute change, I will notify Shannon via text at 646-932-6062 (also available on WhatsApp, WeChat, and Telegram for international students). 

Refund & Attendance Policy

This work is an unfolding process, and I understand that the course requires both my presence and my willingness to engage.

If I find that this program is not the right fit for me, I may request a pro-rated refund (minus a $35 cancellation fee) within the first group session.

After attending the second group session, no refunds will be given, as the group element cannot be replicated in a one-on-one format.

Missed group sessions cannot be rescheduled, but I will have access to all class recordings through October 31, 2026 to support my continued learning. 

The Nature of This Work: Growth Through Perception, Not Force

I understand that this is not a conventional voice training program focused solely on external results, but a process of uncovering the voice through listening, awareness, patience, and embodied practice.

 Growth unfolds differently for each person, and there are no guarantees of specific outcomes or linear progress.

 I understand that my experience in this work depends on my own willingness to participate with curiosity, openness, and presence, rather than striving for immediate perfection or achievement.

I will be met with the same care, patience, and presence by my teacher throughout the process.
